I'm a freelance programmer, I solve issues and concerns whenever users would encounter problems or need support on how to use the system. For every concern, I would have to logically think and code on how I should solve it according to their request, especially for changes they want to modify. I love typing as well, I've learned fast typing since high school days which have helped me do typing tasks much easier.
