RATES

✔ P199 - Floor plan, 100 sq.m. (no furniture/fixtures, label lang ng bawat room or area) with 1 revision only.


✔ P700 - Floor plan with complete details (100-200 sq.m.) with max. 3 revisions

✔ 3D VISUALIZATION PACKAGE A (P650-P1000)
• 3D model only
• 1 revision only
• price varies depending on the size of the area

✔ 3D VISUALIZATION PACKAGE B (P2500)
• 3D model
• 1 HD photo realistic rendering
• max. 3 revisions

For interior visualization: per area/room po ang charge (ex. bed room, kitchen, dining, T&B, etc.)

NOTE For 3D packages:
✓ An additional rendered view will be charged P1500.
✓ Additional revision will be charged P150
✓ If you wish to get the raw file, it will be charged 500 (material mapping lang, do not expect for the .visopt)
