Hi! I am Rhea Glomer Baja. Maybe you're wondering why I used "Adrhielle" as my username. It is my daughter's name and I feel inspired to use it. :)I was an ESL tutor for more than a year. I also worked with ALORICA as Billing Chat Representative. I assist the members with their billing concerns and process credit if needed. I also help them reset password and re-secure compromised accounts. We also do software upselling to give additional security to the member's account. Before I work with ALORICA, I've been with "Expert Global Solutions" as Listener Care Representative. I've been a Store Manager as well in 711 convenience store (Franchise) and helped my employer with solving business problems such as doing inventory and making ways to increase the income of the business by having "Promos". I'm also good in office related jobs and was an office staff for almost 3yrs.
