When I was still into full-time medical transcription, my officemates love to call me for help because they cannot seem to hear a certain phrase or word, or they cannot find into the references (past reports) what they are exactly looking for. They would also call me if they want a change in their platform settings. I remember having an officemate having a perfume business. She asked me if I could help her by selling some of those. Since I was not good at face-to-face selling, I sent a text message to some of my friends who love perfume telling them about the kind of products that I have. It worked! I got clients until I decided to concentrate on writing. When one of my sisses need a new staff for their printing business, she asked me "what qualities of an employee should I look for in a candidate?" I answered her question, and she was able to hire the "right candidate."
