I have been an HR and Admin for 5 years, and I am very familiar with doing customer service and reports that include in the admin tasks. Working in a consulting company teach me a lot. I do multi-tasks work and very meticulous when it comes to the assigned tasks to me, I also do the sales and marketing for my employer.

I can transcribe 10-30minutes of audio/video files to document or text file. I can also do the proofreading if there is any correction or was needed to be changed.
