I'm a trainer at a call center by profession and I teach ESL, proficient with any MS Office apps(excel,ppt,publisher, etc.) and I'm good with numbers. I'd love to extend my competencies to anyone who needs my services. Recently, I had a project at the office which entails improving the performance of agents at my workplace. The bridge plan was practically to shift the agents from the red zone score to the green zone, pretty much help them improve their scores. I proposed an action plan which comprises of 1. LIFE Coaching to help improve will issues. 2. Up training to refresh their knowledge about products and process 3. Inspect, Correct & Expect sessions - a way to make sure the individuals execute accordingly and identify other opportunities for continuous development. The project ran for 3 weeks. Loud and proud, within that 3 weeks time their scores all shifted to the green zone.
