I've been in the BPO industry for almost 2years and handled financial, sales, and billing accounts. For those years, I learned how to multi-task, deal with different kinds of customers with different concerns, and navigate different kinds of tools. After I went to the BPO industry, I joined the food and beverage industry as well and learned how to interact with different kinds of customer in person. I worked as an Executive Secretary to the COO as well and learned office works like data encoding, making memo's, scheduling of appointments, and attending a meeting. With all of my experience in working with different kinds of industry, I can say that I have different type of skills that I can use and share as a Virtual Assistant online. I can also say that I can work with minimal assistance and assure you that I will do my best in everything I do to benefit both the company and me.
