As a call center agent who is booking hotels and flight reservation way back in 2014, I received a call for a hotel reservation. It's a last minute reservation and she was seeing no availability on her end. I check the location where she was at that time and asked if she had a preferred budget or amneties or rather a hotel to stay for the night. She gave me the name of the hotel and check the availability. On our end I saw 1 available room and gave her the description as well as the budget for a night stay. She asked for my help to book the hotel room for a discounted rate. After the room was successfully booked, she commended me and our QA pulled out the call that same day and gave me 100% score.
