I graduated from University of San Carlos with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Operations Management.
I was also a Billing Analyst at Accenture Inc. and assigned under Billing and Customer Care Department. I handled and resolved customer inquiries or billing disputes regarding with their accounts. The main focus was on customer service satisfaction, productivity, quality and time performance.
