I am an AB Sociology graduate, who took up methods of teaching. A licensed teacher, major in English. I have worked for different companies where I have played different roles. I have worked as a researcher for a non-government organization, as a secretary for an insurance and philanthropic company, a chat support specialist for beauty products in a call center as well as a trainee English teacher for a Japanese school.

I have been a Customer Service Representative for almost five years already. I was a customer service representative for different companies and I have stayed for more than a year in each one. I was also an Interviewer for a data collection firm where we did surveys.
