I have a degree in business administration but pursued a career in creative writing. I currently work as a full-time writer and freelance video/photographer. My works have been anthologized in several prose and poetry collections. My debut novel "Isang Pelikula" was shortlisted for the 2015 Cirilo F. Bautista Prize for the Novel. I was awarded "Best Published Author of the Year (Rookie Category)" in the 2020 Gawad Parangal sa Mundo ng Literatura, organized by Penmasters Administration.
