I was a Selling/Billing Specialist with eBay North America for 3 good years. I helped top-rated sellers maintain and even improve their selling performance! Also provided proper guidance to new sellers on how to best manage their stores I am knowledgeable in listing optimization and listing tools.

I briefly worked in a Self-Publishing Company as a Check-in Coordinator, approximately 8 months. My primary role was to make sure the materials (manuscript, pictures, etc..) for the book are within the content guidelines (no copyrighted texts or images, libelous or invasion of privacy statements, etc...)

My experience in both fields helped me acquire essential skills. I can now confidently say that I am flexible, willing to work overtime as needed. I am also open to feedback and coaching to improve my performance as a worker.
