I graduated as an educator. The course helps me understand the importance of providing an efficient job and a high quality service. I was also the editor-in-chief of our school newspaper. Currently, I am in the call center industry. Thus, I encountered and assisted different types of people in the globe. The said job helps me understand different types of accents and develops my listening skill. It alsk helps me navigate the computer well and type faster. Therefore, I can be the best person to do a writing, transcribing, and/or encoding jobs.
