I am Charicel Lia Balagot, RPm. I worked in the Human Resource Department for a year and a half which makes me knowledgeable and familiar on the different facets of Human Resource. I am also skilled in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and the Gimp Photoshop. As of the present, I do cosplays, sell clothes, style wigs, and play in a band as a vocalist and bassist.
